This promises to be a nightmare evening.

With Halloween falling midweek this year, The Friary is keeping the creepy fun going into the weekend, throwing ‘A Very Disturbing Clown Party’ on Saturday, November 2nd.

Customers are invited to ‘release their inner evil clown’ on the night and join a bar full of terrifying Jokers and Pennywise wannabes for a freaky bash that’s guaranteed to leave you with a horrifying hangover.

And The Fear for a week.

The Shandon Street pub will be mixing up some Evil Bloody Cocktails and there’ll be face painting and masks aplenty for latecomers.

There are two games to play too; a Wheel of Despair and Horrible Hopscotch, with abominable prizes to be won on both.
