This is Cork’s most popular restaurant, according to TikTokers

It’s how Gen Z research everything these days.
And with TikTok now overtaking Google for search queries among young folk, an influencer marketing agency has revealed Cork’s most Tik-Tok-ed restaurant.
Research by Ubiquitous found that most Tik-Tok-ed eatery on Leeside is Okura, with the Japanese spot, located on East Street in Douglas, landing the seventh spot in a national ranking.
The most commonly TikTok-ed restaurant in Ireland was Amy Austin, also ranking in the top 25 globally.

Topping the global list was Nusr-Et in London famous for its incredible dishes at a whopping 21.6 billion views on the app, followed by Chula in Sydney and another London destination in Luca, famous for its ‘romantic vibe’ which closed out the top three at 11.5 billion views.
The research also revealed that the favourite type of restaurant was fine dining with 22 percent of videos falling under this category, followed by Italian at 14 percent. Over 15 percent of the most popular food videos were recorded in London.
