This Cork coffee shop’s Oat and Honey Chamomile Latte is a hug in a mug

Imagine the comforting warmth of a classic latte intertwined with the gentle sweetness of honey and the wholesome goodness of oat milk; over at The Collector on 3 Market Lane, they’re whipping up Oat & Honey Lattes that fans describe as a ‘hug in a mug’.
“Soft, delicate flavours in this one inspired by the Emerald Isle’s natural riches.” said The Collector crew, husband and wife team, Floridians Shannon and Michael Healey.
“Finished with a garnish of aromatic chamomile, this cup enters dreamy territory.”
The concept store and coffee bar, which opened in April, has added the creamy masterpiece to a tempting menu that also features some interesting cold drinks, including a whopper cold brew:

“Our drink trolley is now rolling with velvety smooth, nitro-infused, cold brew coffee. In true The Collector fashion, it’s not just any iced coffee… our beans have been aged in whiskey barrels to give a classic Irish coffee flavour without the alcohol.
They make some mean teas and snacks too so there’s always an excuse for a return visit.
