The Glucksman’s stylish new brunch spot just opened – here’s a peek inside

It’s a ritual that has a special place in our hearts.
And now there’s a lovely new location to meet some mates for a tasty brunch’; Léa’s at the Glucksman is now open in the scenic spot underneath the UCC gallery.
A sister restaurant to the popular Joes and Bros cafes on Gillabbey Street and Winthrop Street, the focus at Léa’s is on “simple, contemporary and quirky dishes to reflect the unique setting of the venue.”
After a busy opening weekend, the team is looking forward to welcoming diners into the artfully designed space for casual meals and meet-ups, as well as larger gatherings and events.
So what’s the on the menu?
If you’re short on time, the menu features a selection of coffees and all-day bites, from a Joes and Bros Sausage Roll to a lemon loaf, cookies, brownies, and a ham and cheese croissant.
Anyone looking to make a meal of it can kick back and sample an organic wine, bubbles, and Aperol spritz or a beer while sampling the brunch and lunch menu. There’s also a choice of fresh juices and herbal teas.
Midday favourites include a mean eggs Benny, a breakfast bap, French toast, a tasty pulled-ham sambo, and a Buddha bowl as well as fresh soup and specials.
