Parents, this free Turner’s Cross sleep talk might be exactly what you need

Wrecked from frequent nighttime wake-up calls?
If the back-to-school rush has left your household routines looking a little like a lost sock drawer, there’s a lovely free event happening in Cork this Thursday that might help.
The Turners Cross Parent & Toddler Group is welcoming Lucy Wolfe, Ireland’s leading sleep practitioner, to Turners Cross Community Centre for a special talk all about children’s sleep and routines.
With bedtimes, wake-up times and general schedules often going a bit sideways after the summer, Lucy will be sharing practical advice for parents and there’ll be a chance to ask her all those sleep-related questions you’ve been desperately Googling at 2am.
And it’s not just for the grown-ups.
Following the talk, there’ll be an hour of free play for little ones, giving parents and toddlers a chance to stay, play and enjoy some time together. Best of all, it’s completely free and there’s no registration needed.
It’s all happening at Turners Cross Community Centre this Thursday, September 17th at 10am.
The event also marks the beginning of something new for the Turners Cross Parent & Toddler Group, which will now be hosting free monthly events for local parents and little ones.
So if you miss this one, don’t worry – an October event is already in the works.
