If you’re someone who (A) likes drinks and (B) puts effort into finding gifts that are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and locally made, then this new market is just for you.

On the weekend of December 11th (and possibly the following weekend, a little birdie tells us), Gaia is hosting a brand new Artist Market in their gorgeous outdoor beer garden on 98 Street.

The busy venue will be bursting with crafts, art and vintage clothing vendors all weekend from 5pm and you can enjoy live music and DJs while sipping on a boozy hot drink from the appropriately named ‘Boozy Hot Drink Stall’.

Yep. Sign us up.

The creme de la creme of local artists will be there, including Cork-based illustrator Ruthismessy, vintage clothes seller Candid Frank Vintage, Dublin/Cork-based photographer and print seller Narry Photography, painter Kate Claire Miller, portrait artist Jean O’Riordan, photographer Lornography, photographer and print seller Notsobanksy, artist Good Vibrations, Cork-based jewellery maker Yvonne Coombes, Making a Macrame, as well as artist and illustrator John Flynn.

Stalls are free of charge for artists so if you are a budding photographer, craft maker, painter, then make sure and get in contact with Gaia and they will sort you out.
