The grand reopening is just around the corner.
But if you can’t wait until June 7th to get your hands on a signature Cask cocktail, the MacCurtain Street bar has just the treat to tide you over.
The award-winning venue has just unveiled a selection of Casktails; a boutique, ready-to-pour range of Cask cocktails in gorgeous bottles designed to be displayed in cool kitchens and bar trolleys all over the land.
Starting at €22 for a 350ml bottle, you can have your Casktails sent anywhere in Ireland for €7.
“With Casktails, we’re aiming to give customers a little of the unique Cask cocktail experience in the comfort of their own homes and gardens with delivery right to their door,” said Andy Ferreira, manager at Cask.
“It’s great to be welcoming back customers soon but there’s no doubt the takeaway model is going to be around for a while.”
There’s a Margarita made with rhubarb and sorrel plucked from Cork Rooftop Farm and blended with Don Julio Blanco, triple sec, and spent lime and a Fizzy Apple Mojito made with Ballymaloe Apple Juice, Bacardi Carta Blanca, Bacardi Ocho, Champagne yeast and mint.
The Beamish Boulevardier is a malty mix of West Cork Distillers Bog Oak, Campari, Beamish and local honey (an ideal pick for dads on Father’s Day, June 20th, FYI), while Brandy Alexander fans will go weak at the knees for the Woodland Alexander – a dreamy blend of Hennessy, Five Farms Cream Liqueur and Cask Chocolate Woodland Liqueur.
More adventurous drinkers can try the Cherry Blossom Pornstar (a twist on the popular martini), the Homeboy’s Woo Hoo or a Raspberry and Nettle Gimlet.
Casktails are available to order directly from Cask now via the website.
