Lush Cork reopens on Monday (and it’s the best place for a quick hand wash in town)

Batches of fresh goodies are being blended, bagged, and bottled.
And when Lush Cork reopens on Oliver Plunkett Street on Monday, May 17th, customers will be invited to wash their hands the minute they enter the store, using either their own piece of soap peel or Lush hand sanitiser.
It’s one of a number of hygiene precautions in place ahead of the big relaunch. Till points have recycled and recyclable perspex screens installed and if you’re dropping in to stock up on your favourite items, staff will be taking orders from the queue outside so your products can be ready and bagged when you enter the shop.
All Lush shops will also have pre-filled sample pots of some of their most popular products, complete with a tamper-proof seal so customers can still try before they buy.
You can also avail of their new plastic packaging returns scheme and get 50c off your Lush shop per item returned.
“We at Lush Cork are looking forward to welcoming back our customers and contributing to the buzz on Oliver Plunkett Street!” said Karen Scott, Shop Manager, Lush Cork.
“We’re ready to brighten you up for a beautiful summer.”
