Living with type 2 diabetes? These researchers will pay you to try a low-cal sweetener

Brought to you by Atlantia Clinical Trials.
Are you living with type 2 diabetes?
If you’re monitoring your sugar intake, Allulose is a natural low-calorie sweetener that gives you all the taste and texture of sugar, minus the excess calories.
Now a team of Cork researchers would appreciate your involvement in an upcoming study of Allulose… and they’ll even pay you for your time.
Found in fruits like figs, raisins, and foods like molasses and maple syrup, Allulose brings 70 percent of the sweetness of regular sugar, offering a healthier way to reduce calorie intake. An exceptional feature of Allulose is that it doesn’t spike blood sugar or insulin levels.
Atlantia Clinical Trials is on the lookout for individuals aged 18-70, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and with a BMI between 18.5 and 40, to take part in their next study.
What does participation involve?
Over a span of eight months, you’ll make five visits to the Atlantia clinic in Blackpool. There will also be two MRI scans at Mater Private Cork.
Throughout seven months, you’ll incorporate the allulose product into your daily routine. Once the study is complete, you’ll receive a thank-you payment of €650.
