Kinsale’s most inventive coffee bar is already launching a new menu
Heading to Kinsale over the bank holiday?
There’s no place like it when the sun shines, especially if you’ve got a frosty cold coffee in your hand.
And at The Collector on 3 Market Lane, they’re pulling out all the stops to make sure that coffee is one of the highlights of your visit.
The concept store and coffee bar, which opened in April and already has a reputation for producing delicious globally-inspired drinks, is throwing an official launch party on Saturday, June 3rd, with loads of treats for caffeine fiends all day long.

Not only will they be selling discounted drinks from 9 am to 3pm, but Flipside Selekta will be manning the decks from 12pm to 2pm.
There’ll also be a free raffle for a gorgeous gift package from their shelves, which are heaving with interesting objects, crafts, skincare, and sustainable goods.
