People can’t get enough of his magical chat.
Following his appearance on RTÉ’s The Tommy Tiernan Show, Cork’s very own bird whisperer Seán Ronayne has organised a second free talk in Cork.
The ornithologist and creator of Irish Wildlife Sounds will be at the Sirius Arts Centre on February 10th, a date that is now sold out, and he’s just announced a new date in the city on February 7th.
For three years, Seán has donned his bird-watching cape, traversing bogs, scaling mountains, hopping across remote islands, and strolling through native woodlands to document nearly 200 birds, some on the cusp of extinction.
“Delighted to announce that I will also be giving a free talk (no tickets) at the SMA Hall, Wilton, Cork (Eircode: T12AX94) on Feb’ 7th at 8pm.” Sean said on X.
“The talk is hosted by Birdwatch Ireland Cork Branch and is open to all. For those who can’t make the Sirius, maybe I will see you here!”
