Feeling exhausted, unmotivated, sad or anxious?
“Pandemic fatigue is real and so many of us are experiencing it right now,” says local yoga teacher Claire Dunniece.
“Living in these stressful times takes its toll – even when we know we are safe and well at this moment, there can be an underlying sense of alertness draining our nervous system.”
That’s why Claire has kindly put together a series of free online gatherings to help participants find ease, rest and healing.
Cork Yoga with Claire will run a free 30-minute session each week for four weeks, each one designed to help everyone sleep better, rest well and bring about mental and physical ease.

- Wednesday, May 5th (8pm) – Restorative Yoga for Sleep
- Tuesday, May 11th (8pm) – Evening Savasana
