If you like to get fizz-ical after 5pm on a Friday, make a beeline for The Imperial Hotel when you clock out.
One of the most glamorous spots for an after-work tipple in Cork, the South Mall venue has just unveiled yet another reason to visit; they’ve partnered with Moët & Chandon to create a Champagne flight board.
“The board is the first of its kind in Ireland and consists of three tasting glasses of Champagne,” they told us.

Whether you’re a Champagne connoisseur or a curious newbie, each board includes a glass of Brut Impérial, Rosé Impérial, and a Grand Vintage so you can sample them all and decide on your favourite.
