Nothing soothes the soul like salt water and a sea breeze and now you can team both those things with a proper stretch on the sand of a Sunday.
Alchemy School of Yoga is hosting a Beach Yoga class every weekend on Ballybranigan Beach, East Cork.
This Sunday, June 19th you can join yogi Ciara O’Connell for a seaside yoga session from 11am to 12 noon (tickets €12 here).

The reviving morning class is suitable for all levels and held on a grassy area overlooking the beach. Afterwards, you can hit Niamh’s Larder food truck for delicious smoothies, kefir, savoury dishes, cake and treats to nourish your bod’.
Bring your togs if you fancy finishing the morning with a refreshing dip in the sea.
