Chef Lovell has created a feast that highlights the best of the seasonal fare on offer right now, served with luxurious local ingredients.
We’ve had a sneak peek at the Easter Lunch menu and diners can expect starters such as Wild Mushroom & Celeriac Soup served with croutons and truffle oil, Montenotte Gin Cured Salmon Tartare with potato rosti, pickled shallot and dill emulsion and mains including a mouthwatering Dry Aged Irish Hereford Roast Sirloin served with all the trimmings or a Slow Roasted Crowe’s Farm Pork Belly with black pudding, rhubarb and crackling.
There’s an elevated Rhubarb & Custard Tart on the dessert menu too – hello vanilla custard and rhubarb sorbet – alongside favourites such as Sticky Toffee Pudding and Chocolate Fondant.

You can kick back with a tea or coffee to finish your meal as you catch up with your nearest and dearest or retreat to the bar or The Glasshouse for a drink or two afterwards.
