The discount supermarket’s ‘Value Meal for Two includes all of the following items for a grand total of €7.91:

- Specially Selected Coleslaw €0.99/340g
- Specially Selected Pepperoni & Spicy Chorizo Pizza €3.99/561g
- Crème de la Crème Dessert Ice Cream €2.19/900ml
If you want to make a night of it, Aldi Wine Ambassador Tom Doorley recommends pairing this meal with a bottle of the Castellore Chianti (€6.87).
Lovers looking to lay it on thick (while still keeping an eye on the purse strings) can level up to Aldi’s Premium Meal for Two: €13.50.
This slightly fancier menu features Skellig Bay Prawn Cocktail, Specially Selected Duck Breast Fillets, Potato Gratin and a Specially Selected Sicilian Lemon Tart for afters.
