Rise and shine, early birds.
Nature’s symphony (aka the Dawn Chorus) will officially take place in Cork at the Glen River Park on Sunday, May 5th. Typically it’s a 4.30am start to witness this spectacular.
The walk will be led Birdwatch Cork’s Connor O’Keefe and his team of birders, who will bring attendees through the early morning soundscape of the Glen River valley, just off the North Ring Road.

The event will be free to go along but ticketed through Eventbrite. Follow the ecological, cultural and heritage project, Gleann a’ Phúca (named after what the area was once known as — Glen of the Spooks) on social media for ticket updates nearer the time.
Don’t hit that snooze button.
