A massively popular Dublin vegan fast food spot is almost ready to open in Cork

What Cork wants, Cork gets.
And thanks to one local vegan foodie by the name of Jack D, one of Dublin’s most popular vegan fast food joints is about to open a Cork restaurant.
Mr D wrote a message to The Saucy Cow crew, begging them to consider launching a Leeside base and assuring them that there would be plenty of hungry vegans available to support.
The business, which operates a busy counter in Crane Lane in Dublin’s Temple Bar, is currently putting the finishing touches on a new restaurant at The Marina Market on Cork’s Centre Park Road.

Plant-based diners can swing by for vegan pulled pork tacos, outrageous burgers and waffle fries soon.
“Well lad, looks like Saucy is coming to Cork and you all thank Mr Jack D.” the crew announced on Instagram.
“May this be your lesson to always shoot your shot. Anyways vegans and veggies we are coming south west and we can’t wait to feed you all.
“We’re also on the look out for some full-time FOH and some kitchen staff so if you fancy joining the team drop us a line at info@thesaucycow.com.”
